My browser hangs indefinitely when I click on Presentation in any survey. Opening in a new window gives me 500: Internal Server Error - Unknown named parameter $survey. I can't seem to change the presentation options in any survey.

When I try to check data integrity I get another 500 error, there is no active transaction.

Any hints on where I can begin trying to trouble shoot this problem would be much appreciated.

Your installation is almost 4 years old without any updates, upgrades, bug fixes and security patches. In addition to that LS3.x is EOL for a while now. NOt supported anymore.

PHP version8.2.18

AFAIK LS 3.x does not run on PHP 8 and higher.
