Like Denis. Your template seems to be fine. You also say that the link you receive via email is fine and contains the token, so everything should work fine.
Might be an issue with your email client.
What happens when you copy the link and paste it into the browser, instead of clicking it?
And when you click it, does it open the link WITH the token?

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
