Visually : using JS and CSS : gitlab.com/SondagesPro/QuestionSettingsType/answersAsReadonly
By server : add equation after too (at end of group)

Yes,

But : you can look at css and js code to adapt it.
Or try to add the 6 compatibility and check if it's OK.

What did you try?

I only added the compatibility for version 6 and everything is fine
Single questions, multiple questions, arrays,...
