I updated our plan so we could add more storage before we ran out then all of our completed surveys were lost. Our account now states zero surveys completed. I hope this can be rectified somehow?
Here in the forum users help users regarding the usage of Limesurvey and the all things regarding the community edition. For anything specifically regarding the SaaS services (survey hosting) you need to open a support ticket with Limesurvey GmbH. Most of us responding on the forum have nothing to do with Limesurvey GmbH and have no insights on their services. At the same time, Limesurvey GmbH employees rarely show up in the forum. So if you want a solution to your problem, you should open a support ticket.
However, one thing is always helpful, regularly run backups, so you don't depend purely on service providers, for any service.
