Problems installing Limesurvey V6

Debug mode is turned on and I am the admin.
 
This shows the conflicting message about Deactivate and the message lower right saying I can't activate until adding questions.
 
This shows the screen I get when I click the Add question button

Yeah, I think a fresh install would be a good idea. The downgrade from PHP 8.2 to 8.1 might have caused more trouble than expected.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Oh, before fresh install, just rename config.php and check if the installer show you a lack mandatory php library.

Install it if it's the case, and rename again config.php

I did a fresh install already and everything seems fine now.
It must have been the downgrade to php 8.1 from 8.2
