Survey theme/template: Custom theme based on Bootstrap Vanilla

I've updated to the latest version available, and I still have a banner telling me there are security updates. There are not. The Comfort Update page tells me I'm at the latest version.

I've tried disabling both the ComfortUpdateChecker and the UpdateCheck core plugins, and the banner still respawns on every pageload, even after I close it.

Anybody got a suggestion?
