Hi,
Running a survey with a couple of hundred participants. We need to send reminders to a particular set of participants (about 10). I am logged on as admin user with full rights.
Go to survey participant screen, use the search filters to select the particular participants we want.
Go to select them all using the checkbox in the header row.
All the participants are selected
The button with the actions for "Selected Participants(s)" remained grey out.
Unselect all and just select one or two using the checkboxes at the beginning of the row.
Same. The button with the actions for "Selected Participants(s)" remained grey out.
The only way to access the actions under Selected Participant(s) is to completely clear the search filter. Then I can select rows. However in this case I need to scroll through a couple of hundred rows to find the ones I need.
It looks like a bug, however may I am missing something. Is this the intended behaviour?
How do I access actions on a subset of participants using the Selected Participant(s) actions?
