The upgrade plan I purchased has become invalid. I bought the Enterprise plan and my account still shows as free. My spending is shown in the billing section. Money was taken from my account. I wrote to support but got no response.

The forum is mainly run by volunteers, "users helping users'. for the Limesurvey Community Edition.
Employees from Limesurvey GmbH, who is providing the SaaS service, hardly visit the forum. So we have no insights into your account and your issues with your plan.
I wrote to support but got no response.
When did you write to support? Because you probably won't get any response outside of German office hours.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
