Label sets section works as expected when configured for only one language, but when I try to work with more than one I cant save the results.. Every time I enter labels' values for a another language and save, CKFinder opens and values are not saved.
Before doing any further research on the topic, I highly recommend to upgrade to the latest version of your branch, which currently is LS 5.6.23+230524.
I don't think it makes sense to hunt for bugs in versions that are outdated. The whole thing might have been fixed already.
Your version LS 5.2.5 build 211207 is from 07/12/2021, so almost 1,5 years old.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
