Hi.
Can you please help how to export the database from the old console (MySQL 5.7) and how to import it back in the MYSQL8 server?  I did not find it in the console UI itself.

No idea about how to do with console, but with tools like PHPmyAdmin this is pretty easy to do in a couple of clicks.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Not with a lot of data :)

Easy way in console
Code:
#mysqldump -u LSuser -p limesurvey > limesurvey.sql
#mysql -u LSuser -p limesurvey < limesurvey.sql
You have to write password of LSuser

That might be the case, but the amount of data was not mentioned. So I thought I might just given an alternative.

The screenshot you send to me seems clearly a issue on LimeSurvey then
You must report on the Bug Tracker community.limesurvey.org/bug-tracker/
And if you can activate debug mode to report the issue www.limesurvey.org/manual/Debug_mode

Other partners can help : www.limesurvey.com/installation
