I am getting the No server answer error, and when i contacted support, they said i have to configure the Open SSL php library .. what did you do when you configured your server after december 2022?  LimeSurvey support refused to give farther help on what exactly is needed. please see attached screenshot for details. 
 

I can understand that the LImesurvey Pro Support won't help you to setup your own server. At the end of the day, their offering is SaaS and that is what they are giving support for.

For your Limesurvey Community Edition you will only get support by volunteers here in the forum.

However, your question has little to do with Limesurvey itself, but rather on how to setup your LAMP server environment. So you should ask your server admin to setup Open SSL for you.
