We have Limesurvey running on our test and production environment. What caught my eye was when opening a survey on the test environment we have an extra option in the survey menu called "failed notifications".
It appears between the items "Participants" and "Statistics".
What are the conditions to activate this menu item?

What are the conditions to make that menu item appear?
