Coud you tell me how can I hide the purple buttom only in the 5 scale emojy question .

Try using one of the core themes - I don't see that using vanilla in version 5.6.5.

you are right. It is not displayed in "vanilla".

But in "fruity"
It is there after you selected an option (to indicate it?)
 

In my opinion you can remove it with
