docker-compose issues was created by vmsman
I have the latest version of Limesurvey installed via docker-compose.  My experience with the product has been nothing short of completely frustrating.  My issue is that I create a survey and then offer it pubically.  This works fine for a day or two.  If I EVER stop the container and restart it, my surveys are all deleted and the non-volatile folder mounts are basically trashed.  Also, if I run for over three days this will happen on its own.  If I do a docker-compose pull command to upgrade my containers all surveys are also trashed.  Anyone have any ideas?  The product is acting as if everything is completely volatile and the smallest hiccup deletes everything except for my user account.

Where did you get the Docker image from? Is this something Limesurvey official?

Afaik LS CE isn't officially provided as docker image.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

The product is a docker script / image, which is not offered or supported via LimeSurvey.
There are more than docker container projects around LimeSurvey from third parties.
You might try a few more to find a stable one with good documentation.
Perhaps you try this one:
