Your LimeSurvey version:    LimeSurvey Community Edition          Version 5.6.3+230130
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: LimeSurvey by an organization 
Survey theme/template: fruity   


Hello,
I'm wondering what's wrong with our LimeSurvey account.  I can't see the full features at the home page  and also if I want to edit source codes of our statements.   Please see attached. 
I also  tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge) but I got the same result.

But your first screenshot shows the source code, so I don't understand the problem. Or are you missing the WYSIWYG-Editor?

Regarding the missing images: Can you access the images itself? Are the rights for all folders in the installation correct?

Was there a recent update? A manual update for example?
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Hello Holch,
Sorry for confussion. What I meant is that I can't see any editing icons in question box, and I wonder what to do with it. I didn't check any udpates yet but I'll do that first.

It may be JavaScript errors causing both problems. Check the console (F12).
