Hi, currently when respondents go to my surveys, an error message shows below every screen, stating:
500: Internal Server Error
LimeSurveyProfessional::getConfig(): Return value must be of type bool, null returned
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request
Even though it is possible to go through the entire survey regardless of this error message showing, it pops up again at the time it should redirect to the End URL.
I truly don't know where to start to try to solve this situation. Any tip with the course of action will be deeply appreciated.
you are not the first one reporting a 500 Error with 5.6.0. There is a good chance that this is a bug.
But as you seem to be on Limesurvey Professional, there is little you can do yourself. Open a support ticket with the Limesurvey GmbH, only they will be able to fix this for you, as you are on the hosted version.
