Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 5.4.12

Hello,
I am administering the same survey to a couple distinct groups of individuals (i.e. different job functions) and want to filter the results of the survey based on the different groups. Is there some way to do this? I read somewhere about filtering by tokens, or embedding something in a question but couldn't find a clear answer anywhere. Would love some guidance on this.
Cheers,
Nik

Hi,
in your topic you ask about "filter statistics", but in your question you want to filter the results.
So, what do you want to filter?
The statistics?
Here the gender question "not filtered"
And here I filter to show only the statistics of women
And I only see the results of women.
Or do you want to filter the results?
Where?
When you export the data? This you have to do manually in your statistic tool.
But it is really easy in EXCEL or SPSS.

Hi,
Yes to clarify I want to be able to see the results associated with the answer of the question.
For example; the question of what is your gender: Male or Female
Then I want to see the results for the subsequent questions for just Males or just Females.
I want to be able to access this when I export the data so I can do some demographic analysis.

Yes, as I showed you.
You have to use the filter.
First you filter "women", export, then "men" export again.
But to be honest:
This built in "statistics" is only for a quick overview during field work.
