I can no longer get to my surveys! What is wrong with my log-in data?

Hello dear LimeSurvey community,

Since yesterday I can't open our survey channel anymore. The password has been changed according to the new guidelines, and as you can see, I can log in here. However, I can't reach the admin page where the surveys are stored anymore with my password and username. What can I do? The survey is supposed to be sent out next month. Help!

I cannot tell you the version because I cannot acced the admin site
We use vanille theme for the survey I work with currently but we use several templates I think
I think we use LimeSurvey hosting

Thank you for the link but it did not help.
I tried it 4 times but no email was sent to the adress...
user name is innotub and email is knut.blind@tu-berlin.de

The TU of Berlin uses Limesurvey hosted by the company of LimeSurvey itself. They have their own user support.

I would first ask you contact person within the TU Berlin for support and if that does not work or if that goes too slow, I would contact LimeSurvey via the link that I showed in the previous post.

You (or someone) is paying for LimeSurvey GmbH to host your installation so you can contact their support directly. This forum is predominantly for the community (self hosted) version.

I found the solution. We have two different administrators for limesurvey and limesurvey admin. That is why we could not change the password for limesurvey admin.
