I need help. Since the update the fields from the token table are not pulling into the emails "admin notifications"  {TOKEN:FIRSTNAME} {TOKEN:LASTNAME}{TOKEN} return blank results.

Any idea's how I can fix this?

Thank you for the response. I really appreciate it. This has been working for years but it does not work anymore. Not sure where to start looking for the issue. None of the fields come through from the token table.

Try removing "TOKEN:".

So, just:

Can you explain, what "update" caused the change? LimeSurvey update? Old version was what?

I need the token field but I tried what was asked and the token pulled through but the Firstname lastname and email gave an error.

We use comfort update and I ran the newest update 12/08/2022  and  detected the issue on the 17th since the the token fields have not been working properly.

We also have a pfd plugin that stopped working correctly.

Updates were done on the 12/08/2022

And on the 23/08/2022

$config = 3;

The token fields worked on the 17th but not on the 22nd and I have no idea where to look for the cause of the issue. I did the second update as I thought it would resolve the issue detected on the 22nd.
The updates may just be confounding the issue.
