I would like to implement a GIF as a stimulus presentation into a question in LimeSurvey, but the GIF will start at a random point. How can get the animation to start at its very beginning and play only once?

This is not a LimeSurvey related question.

Having said that, without an external library, you have very little control over GIF files. I think you would be better off using a video.
