(Hello, I need to add another user to my survey, but by following these steps mentioned here ( www.limesurvey.org/manual/Manage_users )  that is not possible, because the only view I have under configuration is create/edit user group (see attachment). Any lead would be great. Thanks  )

So do you want to add someone who can access the backend and edit the survey (user) or do you want to add someone who is responding the survey (respondent)?

And as Joffm says: You did not provide the basic information at the beginning. What LS Version, where and by whom is it hosted, etc.
