Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless
So do you want to add someone who can access the backend and edit the survey (user) or do you want to add someone who is responding the survey (respondent)?
And as Joffm says: You did not provide the basic information at the beginning. What LS Version, where and by whom is it hosted, etc.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
