Lime Survey CE Edition and Upgrading was created by jpmoore
Hello
I am looking to install the Lime Survey CE Edition on our website server. I note on the Lime Survey Hosted Plans that the FREE version has limitations of 25 responses/month and 30+ question types. Does the Lime Survey CE version have any such limitations (on numbers of surveys and number of responses) ?
In addition, if I install an choose not to use the updater, how do I manually update the software when a new version is released?
Kind Regards
Jonathan Moore

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi, Jonathan
1. Of course, not.
The free plan of the hosted version is limited because you use the service of LimeSurvey GmbH without paying anything for it.
Here you pay for the advantage to have a system without the need to care about hosting, updating , etc.
Tis free plan is more or less to get used to the system, to see if it suits your needs.
