Use ExpressionScript to place a "summary" in a text-display question in the last group.

You can use everything of "bootstrap" and HTML to design a good looking page.

You fill by ExpressionScript.
Here you read how to access the variables resp. values
manual.limesurvey.org/ExpressionScript_-...#Access_to_variables
Now you know, how to display the question text, the value of the answer or the answer text.
Among others you certainly will have to use ".question", ".shown", ".code"

Here you find all functions which you might use.
Here the IF is the most important.  If there is a condition on a question or subquestion.
