Hello,
We would like to upgrade from Free plan to Basic Plan. We had done that before as well, but then we went back to the Basic Plan. In the meantime, our country's Central Bank (Reserve Bank of India) created guidelines which made it compulsory for sellers (like limesurvey, and even e-commerce sites) to make some technical changes. The summary of it all is, we cannot automate recurring payments, i.e., for basic plan,we will have to make payment every month by entering our card details, it cannot be stored on LS servers.

So, our payments end up getting declined. And we cannot move to ANY plan now.

Is there anybody who can help with this? We have already written to the LS Support/Contact page.
