Our system has been up and running for 12 years and processed tens of thousands of surveys, this is the first time we run into this issue. A customer has filled out a survey, the survey is configured with a token table. LimeSurvey gives us the confirmation the survey is completed and in the token table the survey is set as complete. However, in the table with the responses we can't find a trace of this person's data. Data integrity check shows no errors. When I manually look in the MySQL tables, no trace of the data either and no trace of incomplete responses.
It is a real worry for us that this can happen. Has anybody encountered this before? What can be the problem?
