Itseems not able to upgarde my current plan and my responses also got over, for last 2 weeks am facing this issue and already raised the same to limesurvey Support still no solution.
Sara, this is the forum "installation & update" issues. From what I understand, you are on the hosted version from Limesurvey GmbH, so this has nothing to do with "installation & update", because you can't do that on the hosted version anyway.
Please open a support ticket with the Limesurvey GmbH. We here in the forum are mainly users helping users. We have no way to help you with payment issues.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
