Hi,
I have put a picture in the survey "Welcome message", it looks good on the computer. But on the phone, it seems messy.
The text and the alignment of the questions are not correct. 

Please check the screenshot and advise.

What is not correct?

How did you insert the image?

First of all you need to tell us what it looks like when it is wrong and how it should look like. This is not clear.

And your Limesurvey Version is almost 3 years old and hasn't received any updates, bug fixes and security fixes since then. You should seriously consider to update to at least the latest LS 3 version.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I'm working on the update. Thank you for mentioning it.

On the mobile, the picture doesn't look good. The quality is bad.

Why not?
Create a sample survey with a dummy question and a welcome page that shows your issue.
And please show, what you are complaining about.

Only quality? Is it because of the responsiveness? That  the picture is shrinked?
And what type of picture is it?
