Hello - I have a clean install. However, when I select "Show survey policy text with mandatory checkbox:" collapsed or Inline it does not show on the survey. Also, the Captcha options are not inheriting to the surveys. I have to manually configure those options for each survey.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

Hi Denis - yes. However, I actually reinstalled the application and it works. All works except the CAPTCHA options. When I switch them on they move back to the off position.
