Cannot create multiple choice question answers

Can not multiple choice question answers was created by RestonRunner
Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: Version 3.21.1+191210 
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting:  restonrunners.org/limesurvey/index.php/a.../234467/gid/5/qid/54
Theme: Fruity Theme (fruity)

I can add the multiple choice question to my survey, but can not add the answers to the question. When I click on "edit subquestions" or "edit default answers", the pages are blank. There is no features there to allow for making changes. Screen shots attached.
The survey is not doing anything complex. Just a set of multiple choice questions with 3 or 4 answers to select from. 

Comments or recommendations please.

I recommend to check again with another browser. Your Limesurvey version is from 2019. So you will see more and more issues in your Browser. Sometimes it's only a cache problem, sometimes there is an bug inside LimeSurvey.

The next step is to update the LimeSurvey installation and check again.
If you still have issues, I recommend to open a bugreport and provide more infos about your server environment and the browsers you used.

Thank you for your recommendations. I had tried another browser and still had the same problem. I didn't know the version was an older one. I've contacted my sysadmin for assistance. Hopefully, an update will work.
