Hello,

I just noticed that our Limesurvey platform is offline, i.e "The connection has timed out". Also I am not able to sign in with my account on www.limesurvey.org/ , here I get "Could not connect to MySQL server".

Does anyone know what is going on? I have surveys up and running, which makes me quite worried.

I would open a Support ticket. Here in the forum we are mostly users helping users and we have no insights on the hosted version of Limesurvey.

I already received information from the support team. There seems to have been a hardware failure today, but my data is save and they will fix it tomorrow.
