Hi,

is it possible for a user to send a video file ? I see you can allow to send images, pdf, etc... I see you can embed video, but l don't find where you can allow a user tu send (upload) a video as an answer to a question.

Thanks !

You have to define the filetypes /suffixes in the upload question to allow upload of MP4 files.

The meaning of the word "stable" for users

Thank you ! I think it is working now, because first I wrote the extensions in capital (MP4), but i guess the correct writing should be written in lowercase (mp4).

If this is case sensitive, you might have to write both versions, because some software or hardware puts the file extension in capital. So to be save, I would put both versions.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I think we already fix the case sensitive issue : comparing in lowercase,
