Hi.  In some parts of our community people do not have access to a networked device, so we distribute surveys on paper.  I looked around the permissions and user roles and did not find on that strictly limited an account to only entering responses -- entry seemed to be bundled with things we do not want them to see or export.  Use case is that I want a secretary to do the data entry.  Thanks for any suggestions.  ck

I'm not aware of such a user permission set or a workaround. You might state the LimeSurvey version you use in case others have a workaround or idea.

Else : just give the link to start the surey (with a newtest=Y) : than can add responses.

We usually just punch the responses into the questionnaire itself. We give the data entry guys links with tokens and they just punch it into the online interface.

That is exactly what I am looking for, but I do not see a line for responses in the set permissions page. I am running 5.1.15. What would be the path to get to the screen you captured?

In the end I am hiring someone to do the entry manually. Thanks much, ck

Response edit are only for Survey permission (and SurveyGroups permission for survey).
No global permission
