Theme dropdown list in survey general settings

Theme dropdown list in survey general settings was created by imoullet
Bonjour
I created my own template which I called UNIL_2021 and defined as default template. The theme is working fine but I just have a display problem as I go to the survey General settings panel . As shown on the joined picture, in the dropdown Theme list I have a strange mix of Inherif [Off]  and Inherit [UNIL_2021] 

Can someone tell me where that mix may come from ?

Your complete version ?

I think i already report such issue anout On Off added inside options.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. - Professional support - Plugins, theme and development .

Sory I forgot to mention I use the latest version: LimeSurvey Community Edition
Version 5.2.2+211115
and it is like that since early version 5.xx

Seems you can report the issue …

Confirmed (have the issue too)
 

A,nd same with NI_NI_ON_Off_TRUE >  Inherit [OffI_OffI_OOff_Off_TRUE]

N is replaced by Off :)
