I have updated to the latest version and now when I click on the responses tab it keeps loading and the 404 error appears. Only happens in that tab, everything else works fine.
I need to access the answers to export them.
How did you update? Manually or via Comfort Update?
And which version are we talking about? LS3 or LS5? Can you please post the full version of your installation (bottom right corner of the admin pages).

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

In this case you are a paying customer of ComfortUpdate and as this happened after the comfort update, you should open a support ticket with Limesurvey GmbH directly. The error 404 means that a file has not been found, so my suspicion is that something went wrong during the update (file got deleted?!)
