Cannot receive password when created a new user

Cannot receive password when created a new user was created by Leo_Aristo
The system showed "Failed" to send out password by email when created a new user. I checked the email address is right. How can I fix that?

I think you have in issue in you email configuration

manual.limesurvey.org/Global_settings/en#Email_settings

You can test it on token for 3.X
