I was testing LS 5.1.17 on my desktop and I have noticed that it automatically adds 1 incomplete response even after I just close the browser even without doing anything but just open the survey then close the browser. Is there a way to not add 1 incomplete response whenever I open and close a browser? Thanks in advance.
Some survey can do this.
Do you activate welcome page ?
With a welcome page and group by group mode : no empty response must be created.

Thanks for the reply. Its just a short survey and having a welcome page or a grouped page wouldn't look good. Hope theres a way to prevent this from happening. Thanks again.
