Linux Migration - Can't export can't admin was created by esu3rex
We migrated from an old version of CentOS to a new EPEL Linux.  LAMP Stack. 
exported databases from old, imported to new.

all things work except exports and administration.

(i don't understand the question OR there are no clear question …)
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
