We are conducting telephonic survey so i gave the link to the interviewers. But when conducting surverys few respondents are diconnecting/saying will answer later .
So i enabled the token and tried resume later in the link but once i close the screen and open the fresh link again it is shown where i close but ideally it should open new link (from Question 1).

That's what "Resume later" is thought for.
But why do you use tokens?
LimeSurvey has no sample management, where you can enter an appointment to call this respondent later.
So you always start a new interview. Here the best to use the generic link with an added parameter "newtest=Y"
Volunteers are not paid.
