When a user finishes the survey, we have a pdf export button, where it downloads the pdf.

When that buttons is pressed the following error appear:
 

I founded that the solution was to enable the JSON-RPC option on global configuration, but it didn't work.

This "pdf export button" comes from where? Limesurvey? A plugin? Own script?

The pdf export button its an own script that uses the get_access_key function, but this function drops the error from the jsonrpcclient

But if it is your own script that triggers the error, how can we help?

I mean, the error comes from the jsonrpcclient which we use on our script.

And as I saw that this error was fixed by enabling the JSON-RPC on global configuration, I thought someone could help me.

We don't have any information here.

We finally fixed the issue, if someone has the same problem as me, the solution was to take care on the url that is created on the interface part:

 
 

As you can see in the same image that I posted before, the remotecontrol link wasn't in the appropiate way.
 

The LSRC2 URL are shown on global settings, it was adapted to your current configuration.
