I have a server that is having an issue with token lockouts. It seems as though the limit is being reached incorrectly. I was wondering if this was because the server is behind a load balancer and that server/limesurvey will only see the load balancer IP and lock that out after 3x attemps. I'm assuming the token lockout relies on IP information to determine a lockout.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
