I've created an account after installing the LimeSurvey app through my ISP. I've developed a survey. I see LimeSurvey Community Edition in the lower right corner of my survey page. I do not see any options or menu items to upgrade. Does this mean I am in the LimeSurvey Community Edition?
If you installed it on your own server via your ISP you are definitely on the Community Edition.
The Cloud version is a SaaS service from Limesurvey GmbH. They are both basically identical in terms of functionality.
Usually Limesurvey will alert you in the top right corner in the admin section if there are any updates. Then you can either manually update (if your ISP doesn't provide an update mechanism, which they probably don't) for free (download the newest version and make a manual update) or you can go down the more comfortable route by getting a Comfort Update license and do it via a couple of clicks through a GUI.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
