Does anyone know how to update the main survey that displays open surveys? This is not the main admin login page. I'd like to add my own configurations to the page.

Extend your theme and edit layout_survey_list.twig.

So you are referring to the index page.

You need to go to "Configurations" > "Themes" > choose the theme that is your default theme (see in general settings what your default theme is, this theme is responsible for how the index page looks like). > Click on the Theme Editor for this theme and choose at the top right the screen "survey list".

This should be what you are looking for.

Please note that you can't modify the standard themes that ship with Limesurvey, but you can extend them or create a copy of them. Of course you would have to change your default theme to this newly created and modified theme for the effects to show on your index page.
