StatFunction and list dropdown

StatFunction and list dropdown was created by palsboard
I would like to create a question like this image . Could I use a different list dropdown (or connect with a CSV file) for each block (A1, A2...B3) AND limit the choices in that single list?

See this post about inserting drop-downs into an array question. Of course, you will need to modify the selectors for the table cells.
