HI, Can anyone help with this problem. A respondent has written to me saying the saved password for their partial response did not work. The system generated an email to them, so I know the Save function worked. But there is no record of his saved response. In fact, worryingly, there are no saved responses with an early response number, so I am wondering if a glitch happened early on (or maybe nobody early on saved!). I am using Limesurvey Professional and I've never had a problem with this function before. Nor did I have a problem in the testing. Is there anywhere other than the Response file that I can look for his saved entry? Thanks for guidance!
