add user limesurvey 5.05

add user limesurvey 5.05 was created by imoullet
I just installed version 5.05.. 
I got a problem with this version to both edit or add a user from the configuration dashboard. It runs forever and nothing happens. It used to work with my previous 5.0x version .. 
Did something change  recently?

Anyone else has this probem ?? It was workinf perfectly with 5.03 . DO I have to remove roles which is new in theis version ?

I just found the solution ..
plugin : Core: Password requirement settings was desactivated !!

This must be reported as an issue : we must be allowed to deactivate plugin : Core: Password requirement (and add anotgher one if needed).
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
