Not sure if it's a bug although it seems like one. I've recently upgraded to PHP8 and moved from LimeSurvey 3.x to 5.x - all seems to be working well BUT I'm getting trouble with the API.
Calling list_participants is fetching the exact same list even when iStart parameter is raising. Also while the list is supposed to be in the dozens, it reaches the max of 1,000 people so I suspect it's not returning only the people that are supposed to participate and get reminder but all. What else has changed in the implementation?
This is a script that worked well for years now. The call is done via PHP using the jsonRPCClient class to make calls.
Would be good to get a lead on how this should be resolved. Thanks
