Latest Update Failed was created by giovbod
Hi,
I just performed an update to the latest version (via confort update) and apparently there is an issue with the system as it only says:
Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.1.0".
What can I do?
Do I need to reinstall the docker or there is any way I can restore this one?
Thank you
GB

What PHP version is currently used? Looks like you need to update PHP. I recommend to 7.3 or 7.4.

Thank you. As a matter of fact I cannot access the web interface. I can ssh as root. I guess I can get the attachment from
bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=17304#c64483
Should I unzip it in the /var/www/html/ dir overwriting the existing files?
Is this supposed to fix the issue?
Thanks again

There is a clear description on what to do in the bug report:
You need to unzip the file and then copy everthing into your Limesurvey folder, wherever this is on your server.
If your limesurvey is directly installed into the folder /var/www/html/, then it has to go there, if it is /var/www/html/limesurvey/ then there.
But anyway, once you unzipped the folder you will see what files are in this folder and compare it with your limesurvey folder.
I have checked and it contains 3 folders (application, docs, third _party) and one file "composer.json". Have a look at your installation where those folders and files are and copy the new ones there, sustituting the old ones.
To fix this please unzip the attached file in your LimeSurvey directory (or upload the files to your webspace overwriting the existing ones). It will replace the critical files and update your instance from build 210517 to 210519.
