There seems to be something weird with the permissions for using templates. I would like to give a user permissions to select and edit templates, so I checked all the permissions for the templates (Permission to create, view, update, delete, export and import templates). However, unless the user is Superadministrator, the themes menu remains unavailable. Tested with version 3.22 and 4.x. What to do?
