converting pstpl to twig

converting pstpl to twig was created by LarryMartell
We just upgraded 2.7 to 3.26 and none of our pstpl templates work any more. Is there a way to convert them to twig?

I'm not aware of any third party tool. Too miuch changed. You will need to start from scratch.
