We had the problem that we couldn't login anymore on our Limesurvey page. We entered our login info, but after we clicked login, nothing happened.
The Limesurvey is connected to an AWS EC2 instance. So as a precaution, we stopped the instance. Now after we started the instance again, when I want to go to the Limesurvey page we get this error:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I've expanded the capacity from the instance, but it doesn't help.
I'm new to computing so I have no idea if the problem is in Limesurvey or in AWS itself. So, I thought I might check here first.
If anyone knows how I can fix this? Or maybe also uses AWS to use Limesurvey and know how to fix this in AWS. I also asked for help from AWS.

I wanted to go to the main page by just entering the IP from my instance in the URL. It goes to the page that shows the available surveys, with the login button at the bottom corner.
